Hi!
When we went to the pyramids recently, we started our journey by riding a camel! They were kind of smelly… and one tried to eat my shoe… but we didn’t mind. They took us around the pyramids and through the desert.
After a bumpy ride (get it?) we finally saw the pyramids up close! Which was SO cool, because they are WAAAY bigger than they look in the photos!
We also saw SPHINX! (Owly will show you more on the sphinx later.) Then we went to a really cool restaurant where you could see the pyramids while you drink a juice, which was necessary in the heat! (Which juice would you pick?)
Owly and I even made up a game where you make your own hieroglyphics!
Owly says, “Can you please show me your language? Or, even better, send me a note! If you don’t want to make your own language, you can send us a letter with Frida’s language!”

We started with nouns (including proper nouns and pronouns) verbs, adjectives and, of course, cat breeds. My favorite cat breed is the snowshoe. I’ll keep working on it and will show you a finished picture when it’s done.
Mae alsalama! (That’s Arabic for “goodbye.”)
